Cash Security
Cash security has never been better thanks to H&L's ingenious two-punch combination.
Firstly, Till Balancing is made easier, since you can now simply key in the denominations of the till count. This gives you a total which can be readily reconciled against the total till balance. Brilliant!
Secondly, H&L's Till Skim function allows your manager to remove the excess cash from all f your POS till drawers. He or she simply keys in the amount removed, and prints out a bundle total.
The manager then drops each bundle into a drop safe.
Cash is totalled, even though that cash may have come from various tills.
The information instantly updates your system so you know exactly what has happened at each POS, making reconciliation simple.

Staff no longer have to manually key in passwords at the POS unit, instead each staff member simply waves his/her wristband over the reader before transacting.
In this way, tracking and tracing sales by particular staff members is suddenly easy and accurate, thus making staff more accountable and till reconciliations easier.
What's more, you can restrict access to staff all the way down to shift and roster times, and it can record the identity of every person in and out of your secured areas.
